I offer specialised breathing sessions that help you connect deeper with yourself and discover your inner power. Connected breathing, also known as rebirthing or holotropic breathwork, is a powerful breathing technique that promotes both physical and mental health.
What is Connected Breathing?
Connected breathing is a breathing technique where you breathe without pauses between inhalation and exhalation. This continuous breath flow helps you achieve deep relaxation, release old emotional blockages and increase your energy levels. It is a safe and natural way to activate your body’s self-healing abilities.

My breathing sessions are designed to offer you a safe and supportive space in which to explore, release and transform. Here’s what to expect:
- Preparation and Introduction
We start with an introductory meeting to discuss your needs and goals. I explain the technique of connected breathing and answer any questions you may have. - The Breathing Session
During the session, I guide you through the breathing techniques. I create a calming environment with soft music and support to help you breathe deeper and let go. - Integration and Aftercare
After the session, we discuss your experiences and I give you tips for integration into your daily life. It is important to take time to ground and reflect on what has come up during the session.
