Healing conversations are in-depth, empathetic conversations in which I guide you in exploring your feelings, thoughts and experiences. Through active listening techniques, reflection and focused questions, I help you gain insight into yourself, break old patterns and find a new perspective. Out of your head and into your heart.

We start with an introductory conversation where I give you space to share your story and we explore together your goals for the conversations. - Deep Conversations
During our sessions, I use a combination of listening techniques, reflection and questions to help you gain deeper insights into yourself. I create a safe and supportive environment where you feel free to share whatever is on your mind. - Integration and Exercises
After each session, we discuss ways to integrate the insights and changes into your daily life. I give you practical tips and exercises to support your growth.
